Kristina's culinary journey began in Portland, Oregon, where she honed her skills at a top culinary school. Her career has been filled with incredible experiences:

  • Roots in Yosemite National Park: Kristina started as an intern with DNC in 2005, working at iconic venues like Yosemite Lodge and The Ahwahnee.
  • High-Profile Experience: She trained in the kitchens of Joel Robuchon in Las Vegas and Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs, bringing invaluable knowledge to every role.
  • Leadership at Shenandoah National Park: As Executive Chef at Big Meadows Lodge, she combined nature's beauty with culinary excellence.
  • Latitude 105 Origins: Kristina was part of the original Latitude 105 team as Sous Chef and is excited to return to Colorado.

When not in the kitchen, Kristina embraces the outdoors through hiking and camping, fueling her creativity. Returning to Colorado feels like coming full circle, making Latitude 105 Alehouse a special dining destination.
